Randall Beeler is ______ of Chapford Capital Group.
Prior to Chapford, he was a consultant for Solaia Capital Advisors, LLC, assisting the firm’s partners with sourcing and investing in direct, private credit transactions for lower-middle market companies that were mis-priced because of strategic, operational, or balance sheet dislocation.
Randall was previously a partner of Amphibious Holdings, LLC, a company specializing in development, acquisition, and operation of franchise businesses.
Prior to Amphibious, he was a Vice President at Siguler Guff & Co., responsible for sourcing, valuating and structuring investments with a particular focus on both public and private distressed/stressed companies, special situations, restructurings, and growth strategies. Randall also helped manage the firm’s structured credit portfolio, focusing on relative value and niche strategies utilizing RMBS, CMBS, whole loans, Consumer ABS, CDS and mortgage derivatives.
He began his career as an Analyst for McKinsey & Company, where he focused on event driven, distressed, and special situations investments.
Randall holds a B.A. in History from Loyola College in Maryland.
